WE THE PEOPLE, hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Racial, Social, Economic, and Health Equity. When in the Course of human events such as over 400 years of discrimination, exploitation, and trauma visited upon Black Bodies and the collective conscious of all Americans, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, and promote the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish:

THE BLACK ACCELERATION MOVEMENT for EQUITY & JUSTICE!

The United States of America stands at a critical crossroads where the future of our nation hangs in the balance, as every man, woman, and child has been forced to confront the systemic racism that has plagued America for over 400 years. The rising tide of frustration is spilling over into the streets of not just America, but streets, parks, town squares and city centers across the globe. To those who have stood up and decried 'Black Lives Matter', we ask you to once again stand up and raise your voices until the heavens and earth tremble under the battle cry ‘Black Equity & Justice Matter’.

We say to America, after 400 years it is time to move beyond the espoused empty rhetoric of democratic ideals, corporate press statements, and public relations strategies into an unprecedented era of Black Equity that addresses our mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing and our socio-economic vitality in 2020 and beyond.

It is in this vein that we write this statement and declaration that as the Old Testament prophet Moses heard that thunderous voice erupting from a burning bush pronounce that after 400 years it was time for liberation, we too after 400 years demand it is time to Invest in BLACK LIVES, BLACK LIVELIHOODS, & BLACK LOVE, and we implore the world to join us and to not rest until it happens.

The time for Black Acceleration is now, and we invite global citizens whose hearts and minds have not been dulled by the apathy of inaction and those whose consciousness has not been numbed by the violence of silence to hear the cry of a people who will not rest until Black equity and justice are no longer unfulfilled promises but are present realities for every man, woman, and child of our society.

We appeal to every citizen to stand up on behalf of the tens of thousands of Black martyrs whose lives have been prematurely and unnecessarily snuffed out due to COVID-19, to the named and unnamed masses of Black men and women who have died at the hands of domestic terrorist and those who have sworn an oath to protect us.

In order to perfect this vision for America called Black Acceleration, we ask three things:
